Service terms

These starter terms outline the intended structure for Stellar Express delivery, transport and movers bookings.

Bookings

Customers are responsible for providing accurate pickup, destination, contact, load and access information. A booking may be subject to operational review before assignment.

Pricing and changes

Final charges may change if the actual load, waiting time, access conditions, helper requirements, vehicle requirements or scope differs materially from the information submitted.

Customer responsibilities

Items must be appropriately prepared for transport. Restricted, unlawful or unsafe items must not be submitted for delivery.

Completion

Job completion may include collection of photos, timestamps, recipient names, signatures or other proof appropriate to the service.

Cancellations and failed jobs

Cancellation, rescheduling, waiting, failed delivery and return charges may apply depending on the circumstances and stage of the job.
