01What services does Stellar Express provide?
We provide parcel delivery, same-day delivery, van transport, lorry transport, bulky-item delivery, small moves, office moves and business logistics services.
02Do you offer same-day delivery?
Yes, subject to booking time, distance, driver availability and the requirements of the job.
03What vehicles are available?
Depending on the job, services may be fulfilled using motorcycles, cars, vans, 10ft lorries or 14ft lorries.
04What if I do not know which vehicle I need?
Choose Not Sure in the booking form and provide a detailed description of your items. Our team can review the request before assignment.
05Can I request movers or helpers?
Yes. Select Need Helper during booking and indicate how many helpers you require for loading or unloading.
06How is the delivery price calculated?
Pricing may consider the selected service, vehicle, manpower, job complexity and other operational requirements stated in the booking.
07Can the final price change?
Yes. Additional charges may apply if the actual job differs materially from the information submitted, such as extra items, waiting time, additional stops or changed access conditions.
08Can I pay by card?
Yes. Card payments can be processed through the online booking system where enabled.
09What is an Approved Corporate Account?
It is an approved business billing arrangement that may allow eligible companies to book qualifying jobs without paying by card for every individual booking.
10Can any company choose Approved Corporate Account?
No. Corporate billing should only be used by customers whose account and billing terms have already been approved by Stellar Express.
11Do you provide recurring business delivery services?
Yes. Businesses can apply for recurring, scheduled, multi-stop and higher-volume logistics arrangements.
12How can I track my delivery?
Use the Track page and provide your booking or job reference. During the initial platform phase, status enquiries may also be handled through WhatsApp.
13Will I receive proof of delivery?
Where applicable, completion records may include photographs, recipient information, timestamps, signatures and driver remarks.
14Can I cancel or reschedule?
Yes, but cancellation or rescheduling charges may apply depending on the stage of the job and resources already committed.
